Finance Manager - Construction Industry at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports to senior management.
• Implement financial controls and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and improve efficiencies.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of the annual budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA(SA) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role in the Construction Industry
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
