Job Description

• Responsible for project estimate, contract financial clause review, KPI management for key account, customer financial statements analysis, customer vistingn and communication related financial issues;
• Responsible for project budget, accounting, final accounting management. Monitoring,reporting, analysing and managing the project execution progress.
• Have program management capabilties,be familar with project operations, and haveabundant service expansion capabiltes Have at least 8 years of experience in managing major O&M projects/delivery projects, and experience in managing level-S and lev- el-A NM centers or onsite maintenance.
• Knowledge: Have a proficient knowledge of communications products, telecom OM management, and project management, and financial knowledge.
• 1CT O&M pre-sales solution design skills project management skills personnel management skills, internal and external communication management skills, and IT/digital 08M skills

• Have finance data process working experiences; and have ability of strong finance communication ability; client’ relationship maintains and coordination ability is an essential
