A leading group of companies is looking for a Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to drive financial efficiencies, optimize tax structures, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Restructure the group of companies for operational efficiencies and tax optimization.
Lead and develop finance managers and their teams across multiple entities.
Oversee financial reporting and taxation for many group entities, including foreign entities and controlled foreign corporations (CFCs).
Review annual valuations for all group companies to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making.
Review and finalize consolidations for the group.
Manage monthly and board committee reporting, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Oversee investor reporting and portfolio monitoring, providing key financial insights.
Manage funding and debt covenants, optimizing financial stability.
Requirements:
CA(SA) qualification with strong post-articles experience.
Expertise in group structuring, taxation, and financial reporting.
Leadership experience in managing finance teams across multiple entities.
Strong understanding of consolidations, investor reporting, and funding management.
Proficiency in financial systems implementation (Sage Intacct experience is a plus).
