Finance Ops Manager at Network Recruitment

The Role

A leading manufacturing company that has focused on the industry for over 30 years is currently seeking a Group Operational Finance Manager. This opportunity will require you to travel within South Africa. The ideal individual will be someone who wants to get involved with production and supply chain but still has a passion for Finance. Someone with a business mindset and a full understanding of the manufacturing industry. You will be reporting to EXCO and dealing with executives daily.

The position will be based in Johannesburg East

 Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Implement and manager cost saving initiatives
• Drive productivity improvement
• Manage and build the financial department
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Management Accounts
• Ensure company is compliant

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.com degree
• CIMA qualification will be beneficial 
• Four years’ experience within a similar role
• Managerial experience prerequisite
• Manufacturing/fmcg experience will be beneficial
