About the Job

• Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Finance Stock Officer for a very well-known Liquor Company based in Cape Town (Brackenfell).

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock integrity and accuracy through identifying discrepancies between floor stock and ERP system and provide feedback
• Ensure accurate cycle count by using the scanner
• Ensure “alien items” identified during cycle count process is removed from the bin and communicate it.
• Daily driver debriefing takes place to ensure that all PODs, pre-approved sales return orders and Goods Received Note slips are received
• Provide monthly feedback regarding time management
• Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change
• Ensure month end procedures are completed and credit cage is cleared before inventory period is closed off

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Stock Control etc
• Experience in FMCG Stock Control and/or Supply Chain environment
• Data analysis experience using Excel (Beneficial)
• ERP System – Business Central (Beneficial)
