What You’ll Be Doing:

This role covers a range of responsibilities, including:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial reports, ensure IFRS compliance, and manage audits.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensure liquidity, oversee treasury functions, and optimize working capital.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the finance team to deliver on goals.
• Sales Enablement Oversight: Manage stock, fleet operations, and infield marketing assets, ensuring alignment with budgets and policies.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to improve cost efficiency, drive automation, and unlock growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

• Solid insurance industry experience is non-negotiable.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• A Masters or MBA is beneficial
• A strong background in financial management, including team leadership.
• Familiarity with IFRS and proficiency in ERP systems (like Sage).
