Financial Manager at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a finance team of 15 staff members.
• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to the executive team.
• Implement and manage financial systems, including Proman, SAGE payroll, SAP Ariba, and Coupa.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and submissions.
• Maintain internal controls and improve processes for efficiency.
• Review and implement cost control measures to maximise profitability.
• Verify and approve payroll transactions before finalisation.
• Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits, ensuring timely submission of financial records.
• Collaborate with key business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of leading a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of Proman, SAGE payroll, SAP Ariba, and Coupa would be advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Consulting Engineering Firms is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
