    Software Developer - Centurion

    Responsibilities:

    • Start as a Tester to assist in verifying and validating the current system under development
    • Transition into a Developer role post-project completion
    • Maintain, improve, and enhance the in-house system
    • Translate existing Excel-based tools and logic into the new digital system

    Responsibilities

    Supervisor Shift Load and Haul – Mining Industry – R950k – R750k

    Responsibilities:

    • Operations supervision: Oversee daily load and haul activities to ensure efficient, safe, and timely movement of material according to the mine plan.
    • Contractor management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractor fleets, ensuring adherence to scope of work, safety standards, and productivity targets.
    • Budget and cost control: Support the development and monitoring of the load and haul operational budget, ensuring alignment with production targets and cost parameters.
    • People supervision and leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators, foremen, and assistants, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

    • National diploma (NQF Level 6) in Mining or Mining Engineering/Mine overseer certificate (Recommended)
    • 5 years plus operational general surface mining experience - control room/quality control/machine operator

    Responsibilities

    Quality Controller Stores – Mining Industry – R600k – R450k

    Responsibilities:

    • Inspection of Critical Spares Received: Conduct thorough visual and technical inspections of critical spare parts upon receipt to ensure conformity with purchase order specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
    • Technical Assistance for Procurement: Provide technical input during the procurement process, including review of specifications, material requirements, and scope of work to ensure alignment with operational needs.
    • Supplier Evaluation: Participate in the assessment and evaluation of suppliers based on quality, delivery reliability, technical capability, and compliance with company standards.
