Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Africa Zone at The South African Breweries (SAB)

This position is based at the Zone Headquarters in Bryanston Johannesburg. The key purpose of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Africa Zone, is to lead the yearly planning cycle for Africa Zone. 

Key outputs and responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Lead the yearly planning cycle for Zone Africa (Budgeting and Strategic Planning), including target setting, resource allocation, quantification of business plans, financial modeling and presentations for Zone President
• Ownership of financial model for P&L, interacting with various functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Procurement etc.) and countries within the Africa Zone to identify and size main initiatives and develop plans
• Translate data into actionable business insights to step change the financial objectives, investment plans, and resource allocation
• Coordinate the preparation of the Functional review meetings with Global Headquarter, lead the preparation of the Zone President Presentation to the global CEO, and the presentation of the Zone President to the ABI Board

Profile Requirements:

• BCom Degree CA(SA)
• CIMA
• MBA
• 3-6 Years FMCG experience
