Financial Planning Partner Assistant (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

- We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Partner Assistant for a well-established financial services company based in Menlyn, Pretoria.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in client servicing, investment administration, compliance processes, and financial planning support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and client service support to Financial Planners
- Assist with client onboarding and FICA compliance
- Process new business and investment transactions
- Prepare client review packs and financial reports
- Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems such as Xplan
- Liaise with product providers and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial services / wealth administration
- Experience supporting financial planners or wealth advisors
- Xplan or similar financial planning system experience
- Knowledge of FAIS and FICA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
