Duties & Responsibilities    

• Enforcing operational security protection rules
• Fence security patrol created and implemented to secure theft against property
• Site incident record and investigation Log current and complete
• Ensure quick response to Clients emergency calls
• Ensure visibility at standoff points and during area patrols
• Ensure clients complaints are handled efficiently
• Ensure that the disciplinary code is always adhered to
• Ensure the safety of clients by checking premises thoroughly
• High standard of service must be upheld
• Have expert knowledge about all facets pertaining to your position
• Attend to all meetings and training sessions
• Keep your vehicle neat and tidy at all times
• Officers are required to submit comprehensive reports and feedback as requested from time to time
• Conduct daily parade and comply with Standing Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Complete daily/weekly check list
• Officer must stand off at delegated places during peak hours
• During off peak times the area must be patrolled

Skills and Competencies    

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Report writing
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills 
• Proven experience as a tactical officer
• Drivers license  - reside in close proximity of head office in Bellville
• Physically fit
• Extensive patrolling experience

Qualifications    

• Matric
• PSIRA certified Grade C - A level
• Firearm competency in shotgun and handgun
• SAPS Competency certificate
• 2-3 Years tactical officer experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Criminal screening and referees
• Armed Response / Reaction Training certificate 
• Valid South African ID
