    • Achievement of plant production target
    • Preventative and Breakdown Maintenance
    • Health and Safety statutory compliance

    • Quality workmanship
    • A Fitter in an asphalt plant plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of the plant's machinery and equipment. The primary purpose of this role is to install, maintain, repair, and optimize the equipment used in asphalt production.

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Matric
    • Fitter/Millwright Trade Test or equivalent
