The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and assembling components, with a strong focus on working alongside CNC machinery and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out fitting and assembly of mechanical components
Operate and work closely with CNC machines
Interpret technical drawings and CNC programmes
Assist with the set-up and adjustment of CNC equipment where required
Ensure components meet required specifications and tolerances
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks
Maintain safety standards and workshop discipline
Minimum Requirements:
Trade-tested Fitter (Red Seal or equivalent)
Solid experience working with CNC machines
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Understanding of machining processes and tolerances
