Fleet Liaison - Beekman Canopies Boksburg at Motus Holdings Limited

Job Description

• Beekman Canopies is seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Fleet Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating national vehicle fitments, managing accessory procurement, handling supplier and customer communication, preparing quotations, and ensuring that all jobs are managed efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle fitments nationally with approved fitment centres, agents, suppliers, and service providers.
• Manage fitment bookings, customer communication, timelines, and job progress.
• Procure vehicle accessories and ensure accurate delivery and compatibility.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, approvals, payments, and official orders.
• Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, fitment partners, and internal departments.
• Provide technical support and advice relating to fibreglass canopies, aluminium canopies, and vehicle accessories.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, tracking sheets, and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet, automotive accessories, fitment coordination, procurement, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong technical knowledge of fibreglass canopies, aluminium canopies, and vehicle accessories.
• Good understanding of fitment processes, product compatibility, and accessory alternatives.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel, and Syspro.
• Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Advantageous

• Experience within the fleet, dealer, aftermarket accessory, or automotive fitment environment.
• Valid driver’s licence.
