Purpose of the Role
- To operate and monitor the hair colour packing line, ensuring that products are packed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The incumbent is responsible for machine operation, batch code changes, minor machine adjustments, size changeovers, quality inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety, GMP, and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Packing Line Operation
- Operate hair colour packing and cartooning equipment according to approved operating procedures.
- Ensure products are packed according to customer specifications and production schedules.

- Perform start-up, shut-down, and routine operational checks on equipment.
- Ensure correct product components are available before commencing production.
Machine Setup and Changeovers
