Responsibilities

• Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Managing daily store operations, ensuring product availability, and visual merchandising excellence. Providing product knowledge and assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect gear for their needs.
• Implementing loss prevention and inventory management procedures.
• Collaborating with the store manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for Homeware & Decor 
• 2-3 years previous retail or supervisory experience.
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Grade 12
