Food Service Assistant -Alberton at Tsebo Solution

• Fedics, a leading contract catering company within the Tsebo Solutions Group, is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Food Service Assistant to join our Business & Industry segment based in Alberton.  The successful candidate will support daily catering operations by assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure food displays are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving, and dining areas
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock
• Support kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Handle customer queries in a polite and efficient manner Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties as required
