Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):

• Ability to handle industrial equipment. Dress according to Departmental specifications. Good leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge and understanding of the basic food groups, normal and therapeutic diets, cooking methods, Hygiene and Safety standards.

Experience:

• Appropriate experience in a Large-Scale Industrial Food Service Unit.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• General education and Training Certificate (GETC) Grade 9 (Std 7).
