Key Responsibility Areas

• Co-ordinates resource requirements to support operational outcomes detailed in the work programme and agreed service delivery objectives.
• Co-ordinates and controls tasks/ activities associated with controlling personnel performance, productivity and discipline.
• Monitors the execution of service related applications associated with the Tyre Workshop.
• Monitors systems and interventions associated with addressing complaints.
• Performs specific administrative tasks/ activities associated with the reporting of activity related information and maintenance of records.

Essential Requirements

• Trade Tested Artisan (Diesel or Petrol or Construction Plant Mechanic).
• Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code EC).
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• 4 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

• 5 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
