Key Requirements:

• Education: CA (SA) or CIMA, BCom Honours Accounting/Financial Management
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial management, encompassing full accounting functions, departmental management, cost control, tax management, and financial planning.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite and accounting software packages, adept at financial analysis and reporting, strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitments: Goal-driven, resilient, and action-oriented, focusing on quality and achievement.

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial accounts and monthly management reports.
• Collaborate with auditors for year-end audits and compliance with IFRS.
• Develop procedures for effective financial reporting systems.
• Prepare and analyse monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide divisional financial statements and reports as needed.
• Assist in budget preparation and updates, including financial forecasting.
• Manage foreign exchange forecasts considering market conditions.
• Handle statutory tax submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare reports for the board regarding tax liabilities and payments.
• Monitor cash flow and oversee payments to suppliers.
• Manage debtors and creditors to ensure timely payments.
