    Front Office Agent (Receptionist) - Franchised

    Duties and Responsibilities for a Front Office Agent or Associate (Receptionist) 

    • Check in and check out Guests.
    • Prepare Guest invoices and take payments on arrival and even check outs, 
    • Do all arrival drops for the day including when having events.
    • Update TV Screens as per Calendar of Events
    • Able to explain all facility amenities upon arrivals.
    • Able to check in a large group of people arriving at once.
    • Able to Handle GUESTS Complaints
    • Rectify arising problems or complaints using LEARN MODEL 
    • Perform administrative duties & do Direct Bills for corporate and Groups.
    • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and GUESTS.
    • Able to participate in Community Programmes 
    • Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour.
    • Respond to all guest questions and requests.
    • Answer and forward phone calls
    • Manage guest bookings and reservations.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS 

    Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Tourism Management or Events Management, or any related certificate with 2 years of experience in the field or similar role.
    • Customer-oriented individual with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards
    • Be attentive and able to solve problems on your own.
    • Team Player, Goal orientated, Outspoken, Creative, and willing to work extra hours when needed.
    • Able to work alone without supervision and work under pressure.
    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
    • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, Opera,
    • Have knowledge of using Vingard System
    • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Professional attitude and appearance
