Do you love working within the NGO space and particulary with children?

The purpose of this role will be to develop and drive the fund development and marketing strategy through the management of the resource development team (3 direct reports). It will include aspects of fund development and fund raising, data capturing, in-kind donations, interns and volunteering, special events and PR and Marketing Campaigns

• Maintain an integrated marketing and fund development strategy
• Proactive Marketing and PR
• Research latest trends to ensure financial sustainability
• Develop and manage the budget and financial reports
• Funder and Donor relationships
• Funder database maintenance
• Develop programmes as potential income generators
• Mentor and develop the team
• Social Media and Digital Marketing

Do you have?

• 5 years experience within a similar role within the NGO field
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Marketing experience to large numbers of people
• Experience in consumer marketing - eg Crowd Funding
