Achieve and/or Exceed set Sales Targets per promoted product in assigned region.
Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators aligned to achieving performance output.
Secure meetings with all HCP’s identified by the Next Biosciences product marketing strategy including but not limited to – Gynaecologists, Fetal Maternal Specialists, Theatre Sisters, Sonographers, Genetic Counsellors where applicable at targeted hospitals, clinics and practices in order to educate and update all stakeholders on our services/products
Support, where required, with in-service training to relevant hospital staff.
Take accountability and responsibility to build positive client relationships with all targeted Healthcare Professionals
Liaise with the Client Services team to manage all Next Biosciences stock / kits as required and record on the Consultants APP – ensuring appropriate follow up so no expired stock is in field.
Monitor and Manage marketing materials in your assigned region to guarantee visibility of our Product portfolio as aligned to each Products marketing strategy
Submit weekly Friday Feedback to the line manager, relating to market developments and activity in your region
Be available to represent Next Biosciences at HCP Congresses, Webinars and Symposia– these may take place over weekends and or Public Holidays.
Arrange and be available for in-field visits for the Next Biosciences management when requested.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bsc Genetics
Relevant Experience-at least 2 years in field in Pharmaceutical/Diagnostic Medical Sales
Preferred-Have pre-exisiting relationships with gynaecologists in the KZN region
