KEY OUTPUTS:

• Constant, consistent and clear communication daily with Global Concierge team
• Constant interaction with the Global Concierge team and suppliers
• Daily data capturing for the Global Concierge team onto Global Concierge Spreadsheet
• Airline online check in and reconfirmation
• Sending introduction and reminder e-mails
• Reconfirm services
• Global Concierge Adhoc Projects
• Upholding the values of &Beyond; Care of the people, Care of land and Care of the wildlife

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 

• Computer literate with at least a basic working knowledge of word and excel
• Some understanding of a reservations environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of Tourplan advantageous or any other reservations system 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Time & desk management with a focus on organizational ability
• Attention to detail 
• Exceptionally customer focused
• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 1- 2 years administration experience
