Global Payroll Specialist, part of the Global Payroll team. As a valuable support member of the Service Delivery team, the Global Payroll Specialist will work closely with a Senior Payroll Leads across all Markets and other Payroll Specialists to assist in the daily administration of all payroll functions. You will work very closely with the PEO and Payroll teams in the market as well with Procurement, VMO, Finance and IT teams to land projects in full and on time.
The Global Payroll Specialist will provide support on the day to day administration of payroll processing functions ensuring that information and processes are current, accurate and compliant globally.
You will require Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle as well as knowledge on niche country specific payroll needs
Hands-on experience with the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, garnishments, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll is essential.
Global payroll specialist should allow for strategic coordination and support across the market to ensure successful and accurate payroll processing globally.
You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for your clients providing a more enriched people experience oriented process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years’ experience of implementing HR & Payroll solutions. Outcome and target focused and commercially aware.
Leadership skills with a pragmatic approach in implementing specific solutions
Has implemented/led a technology solution through all project phases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
