    Global Payroll Specialist – CI & Innovation

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Global Payroll Specialist, part of the Global Payroll team. As a valuable support member of the Service Delivery team, the Global Payroll Specialist will work closely with a Senior Payroll Leads across all Markets and other Payroll Specialists to assist in the daily administration of all payroll functions. You will work very closely with the PEO and Payroll teams in the market as well with Procurement, VMO, Finance and IT teams to land projects in full and on time.
    • The Global Payroll Specialist will provide support on the day to day administration of payroll processing functions ensuring that information and processes are current, accurate and compliant globally.
    • You will require Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle as well as knowledge on niche country specific payroll needs
    • Hands-on experience with the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, garnishments, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll is essential.
    • Global payroll specialist should allow for strategic coordination and support across the market to ensure successful and accurate payroll processing globally.
    • You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for your clients providing a more enriched people experience oriented process.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience of implementing HR & Payroll solutions. Outcome and target focused and commercially aware.
    • Leadership skills with a pragmatic approach in implementing specific solutions
    • Has implemented/led a technology solution through all project phases.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills in English. (Verbal and in writing)
    • Strong networking skills.
    • A team player.
    • Strong attention to detail and able to connect the dots.
    • Thinking End2End and X-functional.
    • Rigorous and structural approach to work.
    • Able to get things done from teams who do not directly report into you.
    • Track record of delivering long-lasting changes.
    • Pro-actively manage resource on the project to ensure smooth and continuous delivery.
    • Budget management
    • Able to think out of the box, in a world of constraints.
    • Ability to gain control of a project quickly and effectively even if the project is already some way into delivery phase. Flexible and adaptable style and skill set based on the type of project and stakeholders.
    • Agile skills and first experience with Agile project delivery.
    • Used to work in a global context and matrix organization.
    • Understanding HR / payroll IT system architecture.
    • First experience with RPA and automation is an asset.
