We are looking for someone who can add his / her skills to the team, and someone that takes great pride and pleasure in caring for one of the premier golf courses in the world.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible worker, who passed Grade 12 or equivalent, has a valid driver’s license and has gained at least 7 years of golf maintenance experience. Experience in operating turf grass maintenance equipment/machinery will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage the daily operations at The Links Golf Course Maintenance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervise maintenance operations;
Supervise staff and the allocation of duties;
Ensure health and safety standards are kept.
The successful candidate will be physically fit to carry out all reasonable duties associated with this role, and will be able and willing to work additional hours, weekends and public holidays. This job will also require the successful candidate to work in all kinds of weather conditions.
