Golf Reservations Coordinator at Fancourt

We consider the following as essential: 
Qualifications & Experience:        

• Grade 12 or equivalent,
• At least 2 years working experience in general office administration and a working knowledge of MS Office are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time):             

• Make golf bookings for individuals or small groups,
• Compile and distribute the daily Tee sheet and forward to the relevant parties,
• Print golf cart rental list and forward to the Pro-shop,
• Assisting the Golf Coordinator with golf days, groups etc.,
• Liaise with members, guests and assist in the Pro Shop when required,
• To process and manage golf tee times bookings and enquiries,
• Handling golf tee time related enquiries via telephone calls, emails and online platforms,
• Record tee time reservations ensuring that booking and guest details are recorded accurately on the reservation systems,
• Compile and distribute daily tee sheet and golf cart rental reports, as required, in relation to tee time bookings and availability,
• Assists in coordinating and providing assistance in Reservations Department
