Governance and Dispute Administration - Gauteng x1 (Ref. CSOS/DRAG/GP/02/24) at Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS)

Requirements

• Grade 12 + A National Diploma in Public Administration / Office Management. 
• B Degree or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. 
• 1 to 2 years of experience rendering administrative functions or data capturing. 
• Understanding of the CSOS Act, 2011. 
• Computer Literate: MS Office 365 applications. 
• Sound knowledge of administration. 

Key Performance Areas 

• Registration of dispute applications and management of records system. 
• Registration of schemes and maintenance of governance documentation. 
• Maintenance of accurate information. 
• Maintenance of Amendment of Particular and Waiver’s database. 
• Allocation of dispute resolution & scheme governance files to CSOS staff. 
• Ensure compliance with dispute and governance standard operating procedures (SOP) within CSOS.
