    Graduate Recruitment Manager

    Graduate Recruitment Manager

    This role reports directly to the HR VP, the purpose of the role is to manage the day to day activities within the graduate recruitment team and ensure the effective delivery of graduate recruitment and bursaries facilitation activities. Needs to be able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

    The successful individual will have to deliver a process, project or service involving the completion of a series of defined tasks where accuracy, and timeliness are critical. They will have to be able to take direction from others in completing tasks and assignments and actively seek out work from more senior team members. Engaging in stakeholder management, with Universities as well as Internal Customer relationships.

     Additional skills requirements

    • Professional Services recruitment delivery experience
    • Recruitment experience
    • Recruitment best practice and providing regular market intelligence
    • Graduate recruitments experience in Telecommunication and ITC is a Must
    • Strong organizational, people management and project management skills
    • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
    • Able to work under pressure through constant changes
    • Fluent in English
    • The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment
    • Strong administrative skills

    To qualify, candidates must have:

    • An bachelor's degree, or equivalent
    • At least 8 years work experience
    • Back ground experience in Telecommunication and Information Technology is a must!
    • An exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high-quality results
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
    • Ability to work with teams in different offices and promote teamwork
    • Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles as well as changing work environments/priorities
    • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Willingness and ability to travel minimally, if required
