15 years’ strategy or business development experience within the passenger transport, rail logistics or related infrastructure sector of which 5 years should be at executive level.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
Facilitate the development and review of the organization’s strategy and business plans
Explore new business opportunities, including expanding passenger services, retention and expansion of the customer base, entering new geographical markets, and developing innovative service offerings.
Management of stakeholder relationships
Evaluate and lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, identifying potential targets for acquisition or partnership to enhance market presence or operational capabilities
