This leadership role requires a CA(SA) qualification and promises a fast-paced environment ripe for professional growth and influence.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO alongside the CTO and Head of Operations.

Experience ideally in a technology/project’s environment is ideal, although mining or construction would also be relevant.

Responsibilities include overseeing the Finance & Administration Team, ensuring timely reporting, and managing regulatory compliance, HR, and legal collaboration.

Additionally, active participation in Risk, Audit, and Payroll committees is expected. This role is pivotal in advising the CEO on asset allocation and cash flow management, driving financial excellence and governance.
