Group Manager: Management Accounting at WNS Global Services SA

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering a comprehensive Management Accounting service to the applicable customer base from an operational perspective. Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures, month-end and/or other closure schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliations completed as per agreed timelines
• Management of recon items older than 90-days with closure actions
• Journals (corrections, provisions and reversal) in line with monthly SAP closure
• Support related to other month-end activities
• Track & monitor operational expenditure (OPEX)
• Oversee and enforce controls within the business unit
• Check correctness of relevant input sheets for further processing
• Validate and approve payments in line with DOA
• Order Management (PRs and GRNs) support
• Monthly reporting and other ad-hoc reporting requirements
• Review business processes and suggest improvements (ongoing)
• Compliance to company policies/procedure and Reporting

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification in Finance (BCom, BCompt, etc.)
• Professional Financial Accreditations will be an added advantage

Additional Information

• 3 years+ proven Financial or Accounting experience
• Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel
• SAP experience will be an advantage
