Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

•  B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
•  Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE: 

•  8-10 years  Deep relevant experience supporting executive level leaders on strategic People initiatives within diverse organisational contexts and high proficiency in business acumen and data analytics    (Essential/Minimum)    Management

REQUIREMENTS: 

•  Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
•  Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities    
As Group Manager: 

• Strategic People Partnering you must be able to work independently, establish and execute long- and short-term human capital strategies while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with P&P professionals across the organisation. 
• You will need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. 
• You will need strong analytics skills and the ability to translate your clients’ business plans and goals into the people capabilities needed to achieve results. 
• Although reporting to the Chief People & Performance this role supports senior leaders across various Corporate Functions and you should be considered a part of the business leadership team. 
• You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and people priorities to ensure successful delivery of key people initiatives.  
• You will also be responsible for overseeing our approach to people partnering across Exxaro.
