    Group Talent Management Co-ordinator

    Job Description

    • The Group Talent Management Co‑ordinator provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Group Talent Management function to enable the effective delivery of talent processes across the organisation.
    • The role ensures consistent execution, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across key talent disciplines, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, graduate and early‑career programmes, and talent analytics.

    Core behavioural & Technical / proficiency competencies:

    • Talent Management & Development: Coordinate talent management processes, performance management, succession planning, and graduate programme administration.
    • HR Systems, Data & Reporting: Manage talent data, reporting, HR/talent systems administration, and ensure accurate documentation control and governance compliance.
    • Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, reporting, presentation skills, and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
    • Business & Leadership Competencies: Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, collaboration and influence, strong execution and accountability, with a customer-centric approach.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Certification or coursework in Talent Management, HR Administration, or Learning & Development will be advantageous

    Experience:

    • Experience in HR coordination, talent management administration, and learning operations.
    • Proven support of performance management, succession planning, development programmes, and graduate talent initiatives.
    • Strong skills in reporting, data management, stakeholder coordination, and HR/talent management systems.
