Duties & Responsibilities    

• Responsible for the gym’s budget
• Maintaining the equipment, including repairing and replacing items as necessary.
• Managing staff, including recruiting, hiring and training new team members.
• Setting and contributing to targets for attracting new members.
• Reviewing data about class attendance to identify opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge of the latest fitness trends.
• Ensure customers are safe and enjoy their experience at the gym.
• Responsible for resolving problems and complaints very quickly.
• Ensure that the gym staff is dressed properly at all times.

• Relevant sports science qualification
• Proven experience of CPR and First Aid.
