About the Role:

• As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial administration of three sites in the Umhlanga and Pavilion areas. Your role will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for three sites.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Monitor and report on financial discrepancies.
• Liaise with site managers to ensure smooth financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
