Best-practice reporting procedures 

• Analyse financial performance – South Africa Analyse financial performance – SSA region Assist with reports to Executive – South Africa & SSA ExCom Collate accurate financial plans, rolling forecast, and analyses of risks and opportunities

Planning & Organisation

• Coordinate the financial planning cycles for South Africa and the SSA region   
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure finance deadlines are met for South Africa and SSA Closely monitor and support South Africa Collaborative Business Planning process and make recommendation for continuous improvement

Stakeholder Relations

• Productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders maintained

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Educational Requirements and Work Experience:

• ACCA / CIMA qualification or similar tertiary degree. 5-10 years financial reporting experience in similar roles and companies. 3-5 years team management experience.
