    Head of Commercial (12 month contract)

    About Our Client

    Our client is a high growth Fintech, that targets the low-income market.

    Job Description

    The role of the Head of Commercial entails, but is not limited to the following:

    • Developing and implementing a commercial strategy that's in alignment with the business goals and objectives.
    • Ensuring the above commercial strategy will support the acceleration of business growth.
    • Developing an in-depth understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that the business is aligned to their needs and ultimately business retention.
    • Creating researched detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, i.e., expansion and business development.
    • Identify and develop strategy partnerships
    • Work closely with cross functional teams to manage key clients, thus improving retention and conversion.

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate for the Head of Commercial role should possess the following:

    Completed BCom qualification

    • 7 years' experience within a similar role
    • Previous experience within a Fintech/Financial Services company
    • Must have knowledge or working experience within a Consumer Mass Market environment
    • Preferable experience within a start-up company
