    Head of Growth (Sales and Marketing)

    Summary of the job:

    • This inspiring and challenging strategic role drives Fetola’s mission to build a billion better lives. You will lead the Sales & Marketing department in designing and deploying powerful, creative, cost-effective, cutting-edge ways to use Fetola’s exceptional results to deliver exceptional growth.
    • Your multi-faceted department will deliver consultative sales, build long-term relationships with clients, and win large complex projects; it will plan & execute complex marketing strategies, product launches, market analytics, and sales processes.

    Job Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven strategic leadership ability
    • Minimum 6 years’ similar experience in a service / B2B industry
    • Experience leading a sales and marketing team. Previous relationship-based sales experience (R5m+ products) is a strong advantage
    • Proven track record in planning & executing complex marketing strategies, product launches, market analytics and sales processes
    • Experience & exposure to the small business sector (enterprise and supplier development) advantageous

    Core Responsibilities

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Strategic design and delivery of Fetola’s growth strategy to improve reach, reputation, and revenue growth
    • Contribute to strategic direction of the company

    Further Duties and Responsibilities

    • Optimise departmental productivity
    • Resource the department through partnerships, alliances, and revenue growth
    • Optimise employee (and provider) contribution (recruit, support, develop, train and performance manage)
    • Grow and maintain a library of productive assets
    • Manage partner, government, and industry relationships
