Lead, coordinate and maintain the Branch ’ s Quality Management System (SHREQ), ensuring all business processes are developed monitored and controlled.
Oversee the development, implementation and compliance of the IQMS within the Branch.
Manage audit related workflow, including coordination of audit investigations and responses to Internal and External Auditors.
Oversee tenders demand planning, procurement strategies and implementation in line with SCM governance requirements.
Lead and support programmes for maintaining and upgrading service delivery infrastructure, including toilets, standpipes and associated assets.
Ensure effective performance and contract management in accordance with the Corporate Contract Management System and Contract Management Framework.
Research, evaluate and recommend technologies and products to enhance.
Develop and maintain water services and support future service ’ s needs.
Liaise and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
