Job Description

The Global Markets operations team has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Securities Loans & Borrows Operations business, to support the Bank. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for all Change projects (Run the bank & Build the bank) as well as operational aspects of the broker business. They will be responsible for maintaining a robust operations function whilst moving the business forward by delivering on Regulatory, market and new business projects. The role will require building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, Strate, custodians, clients. 

This role is suited to a candidate with a Bachelor degree (B-com Accounting) ,  with a minimum of 5 to 10 years managerial experience in a Financial Services institution operating within a Securities Loans and Borrows environment. Sound understanding and working knowledge regarding controls and operational risk management in an operations environment is necessary

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
