About the role
The Health Programme Manager will execute the following key performance areas to contribute to health programme targets and impact: Support business development and programme growth; monitor the performance of the health programme; represent the programme across complex stakeholder environments and with a diverse range of clients, channels and markets. This role entails working closely with the Managing Executive to shape, monitor and report progress for all Health priorities, including cross-business functions and activities spanning pre-sales, post-sales and business development. The Health Programme Manager will be required to travel extensively, both locally and internationally.
Key performance areas will be: Business development and sales to realise quarterly and annual Mezzanine Health Performance; Account Management for key clients and channels; Project Coordination for strategic health related projects.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the health industry, with a particular focus on health system reforms using technology. The individual will have experience in designing and implementing high-impact/large budget projects, project management in complex stakeholder and implementation environments, building and managing relationships across diverse stakeholder contexts, and providing quantitative analysis at Executive Management level.
