Working hours:

• Working shifts from Monday to Sunday
• 07h00 – 18h00 or 10h00 – 20h00

Desired experience:

• Experience with food safety, hygiene and temperature control
• Experience managing food wastage and food costs
• Experience in stock ordering, stock control and stock rotation
• Good understanding of food preparation and portion control
• Experience in cooking department of retail store
• Fluently in Afrikaans and English
• Kitchen Manager experience
• People management experience

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising takeaway staff (12)
• Stock ordering and control
• Overseeing food preparation and quality
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Managing customer service and orders
• Controlling wastage and food costs
• Monitoring sales and ensuring efficient daily operations
