    HR Administrator HRA0111

    Purpose:  The HR Administrator provides support to the HR Business Partners, Payroll and internal/external clients. The incumbent maintains the HRIS and administer all employee life cycle processes within the company. Moreover, the incumbent makes all travel arrangements on behalf of the HR staff and is responsible for general department administration as to ensure effective HR service delivery.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12. A Human Resources related qualification would be advantageous
    • 3 – 5 years HR related experience
    • Driver’s License
    • Strong MS Office Skills ( word, excel and PowerPoint)
    • Experience on SAP and Sage 300 (People) payroll system
    • Sound understanding of the HR environment
    • Experience with payroll related tasks would be advantageous

    Job Summary:

    • Preparing engagement documentation relating to the recruitment process. Ensure documents are loaded prior to payroll cut-off date and handover to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
    • Provide HR team with documentation and support throughout the employment life cycle (engagement to exit stage).
    • Capturing and maintain all employee related information on SAGE 300 People /electronic filing system.
    • Ensure receipt of all HR related documents in order to ensure compliance.
    • Ensure updated Company organograms at all times.
    • Assist with support during annual review processes and compilation of increase letters.
    • HR Safe is in orderly condition and all employee documents are filed accordingly.
    • HR Electronic folders and record keeping are up to date.
    • Capture of labour related matters on the SAGE 300 system and filed accordingly.
    • Manage the long service award programme (Prepare letters and inform HRBP of employees in their area of responsibility). Provide Payroll with information for processing.
    • Acting allowances are calculated, captured and sent through to payroll for processing.
    • Ensure completed pension fund documents are captured and communicated. Ensure medical aid documents are sent timeously to the Payroll Administrator.
    • Provide support & information and act as a liaison between the Pension Fund, Line Managers and employees. Ensure pension fund forms are captured online and sent to Fund Administrator.
    • Update staff benefit information with all relevant parties.
    • Provide accurate and timeous support regarding reporting i.e. monthly reports, Executive report, etc.
    • Assist with queries from employees, Line Managers and HRBP on request.
    • Assist with general/ad hoc HR related functions and ensure wellness days are co-ordinated and communicated effectively.
    • Prepare HR Budget and Monitor HR Expenses, payment of invoices and assist with travel arrangements for HR.
    • Administer the CSI inbox and co-ordinate all CSI activities and CSI engagement days.
    • Administer all POPI related matters.
    • Ad-hoc projects.
