Duties and Responsibilities:
Support on applications such as SuccessFactors & Cornerstone on Demand
Review issues and perform root cause analysis and develop solutions and workarounds.
Optimize solutions for ease of use of the systems for end users and HR community
Support key users in case of issues or questions in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa
Support non-standard (ad-hoc) HR reporting
Support modules multiple modules such as Recruiting, Master Data, Performance & Goals, etc.
Train end-users on application usage and work on improving user experience
Participate in Global HR projects
Support, maintain and conduct end to end user training on TIA, Bwise and B-BBEE applications
Leveraging Technology to improve efficiencies within the HR Department, this includes the maintenance of the following: Staff Database and The HR Management Software (Labour Net, Scanco, HR Link)
Identify areas where HR systems can be enhanced and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
Take responsibility for rolling out new modules and software
Experience with Payroll and Recruiting
Support with other adhoc functions in the HR and Compliance team
Preparing letters of appointments, job packs, HR memos, notices, and all other related correspondence
Participate in projects to roll out Payroll & HR administrative services to customers
