A key figure in the leadership team, you'll translate business plans into HR strategy. You'll be part of a diverse organisation (around 130 people) that has more than 45% women, with 12 different nationalities, a cluster that includes South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya as key markets. As a HR leader, you'll enable managers to get the best out of their team. You'll understand what's needed tomorrow and lead initiatives to attract, develop and reward those who will ensure our future success. You'll build engagement across the organisation and embed change. You'll develop a winning culture, enabling high performance and team effectiveness. Essentially, you'll have the empowerment to make a difference and to ensure our people are front and centre of everything we do.
