What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that set you up for success:
- 5 years’ experience with Maintenance Engineering background
- 5 years’ experience at a senior supervisory or management level
- Operation and maintenance of packing machines preferably Cartoners, Case Packers, FFS (Form, Fill and Seal), Seaming, Shrink Wrap and Flow-wrap machines
- Implementation of Asset Care
- Maintenance Planning exposure
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, planning, and master data governance.
- Knowledge of RCM, RCA and FI tools.
- Understanding of utilities and energy systems.
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
- Completed tertiary qualification (NDip; BTech; BEng) in Mechanical Engineering
- Eligibility to write GCC (Completed GCC will be an advantage)
Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:
- Competency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (Shopware, Pragma, SAP, etc.).
- MS Office package knowledge especially Projects is essential.

Job Description
- An exciting position has become available for a Revenue Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Bryanston and will report to the Finance and Revenue Executive.
- The Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, pricing and margin management, and financial planning and reporting. The role combines commercial revenue management with core finance support, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver profitable, sustainable top-line growth.

Key Areas of Impact:
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, margin and commercial performance management.
- Analyse sales, pricing, margin and customer data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Manage and optimise pricing, promotional spend, trade terms and promotional ROI.
- Support the development of customer and channel growth strategies and financial plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial performance reporting.
- Analyse P&L performance, gross and net margins, and key cost drivers.
- Build financial models, dashboards and reports to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.
- Support customer planning, including volumes, sales, trade investment and new product launches.
- Evaluate promotional activity through pre- and post-promotion ROI analysis.
- Monitor promotional accruals, customer deductions and forecasting accuracy.
- Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
What It Takes to Succeed:

- 5 years experience in financial revenue and trade management
- Experience in category or trade management, ideally within FMCG or retail, including pricing architecture and trade spend optimisation
- Experience with Trade Promotion Management systems is advantageous
- Demonstrated track record or measurable revenue or margin impact in a comparable industry or channel structure
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial/margin analysis
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
- A Bachelor’s degree with an accounting or financial base
- Professional certifications in Relevant Area will be an advantage.
