    HR Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and policy implementation. The HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work environment.
    • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with South African labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
    • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
    • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on employee development initiatives.
    • Training & Development: Organize training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
    • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of South African labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
