Deliver on driving the Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and Corporate (Finance, R&D, Supply chain, IT and Procurement) function's end-to end People agenda in line with organisations winning culture strategy.
Execute the talent strategy, support the Human Resources Director (HRD) and the leadership team at McCain.
Execute all core process and support the functional teams with the Employee Life Cycle.
Development and execution of the capability agenda for teams.
Implement a meaningful pipeline strategy that intersects with the McCain SAF transformation and strategy work,
Provide advisory support as it relates to workforce and strategic talent planning, Employee Relations, HR program development, and the implementation of HR initiatives.
Responsible for driving the direction, coordination, implementation, and the execution of people projects to completion, while remaining aligned with McCain SAF HR Strategic work.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology/Sociology or Human Resources Management or related field (required). Post graduate degree recommended.
13 years of HR business experience or human capital consulting experience of which 8 years should be at senior level.
Strong knowledge and working experience with talent management practices, performance management practices, organisational development, organisational design, leadership development, organisation culture, and business transformation.
Strong consultative and diagnostic skills: ability to translate organisational and individual needs into specific solutions.
Experience driving HR programs and process across multiple stakeholder teams.
Ability to simplify and quickly prioritize.
High degree of executive maturity and confidentiality required.
Strong execution skills and ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Resiliency and perseverance needed to drive results and work forward quickly.
