HR Manager - Mining Industry - Mokopane at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain sound people management practices to ensure a productive workforce at Marula Operation
• Develop and execute the HR strategic vision/plan for Marula Operation and directly assist the Operations Executive in the tactical management process to achieve the strategy via transformational and effective leadership
• Ensure that HR processes, systems and legal compliances are managed as a strategic focus area at Marula Operation
• Develop and monitor various HR business plans for operational units
• To maintain and improve operational employee relations via labour relations negotiation and agreements.
• Implement effective HR management reporting systems to provide business units with HR
• intelligence
• Ensure people availability by implementing effective labour planning and management processes
• Effectively manage conditions of service and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislations, best practices, Mining Charter and SLPs

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
• Honours Degree in HR or related (advantageous)
• At least 8 years of mining related HR working experience
